According to the Immigration law in Korea, requirements to apply for foreign candidates :

• Aged 18 years old or above and under 30 years old at the moment of application.
• Graduated from a high school.
• Able to provide for visa procedure, no later than 15th of December each year for the application to upcoming school year, a valid certificate of TOPIK I - Sublevel 2 by taking the examination TOPIK PBT

AND

• Be fluent at least in one of the languages - Korean, English, French - to communicate with the professors and classmates
• The language level is evaluated during the admission interview.

AND

• Get a level in Korean language equivalent to TOPIK I - Sublevel 2 or above to understand the lectures mainly given in Korean.
